The Minnesota Opportunity Collaborative (MNOppCo) will present at the 2020 Land Use Conference put on by GTS, which will take place October 12 and 13. The Northspan team will be on hand to present a session named “Making Minnesota Work for Opportunity Zone Communities” during two concurrent workshop sessions at 9:45 and 1:00 on October 13.
